Bang Lassi Guava Sour
We think experimentation takes us a step closer to perfection, and the Sourloops series builds on this knowledge!
For the first release in this series we co-fermented some guava purée with some pillowy soft wort that had heaps of rolled oats. The use of pale malt makes for a soft, hazy body to balance the lactic acid and fruit flavours.
A little bit of liveliness in a can, just in time for summer (but suitable for all year round of course).
