For the fifth release in the Sourloops series we have co-fermented some strawberry puree with a pop of raspberry puree and some pillowy soft wort that had heaps of rolled oats. The use of pale malt makes for a soft, hazy body to balance the lactic acid and fruit flavours. Outrageous strawberry vibes on the nose, with the tartness of the raspberry coming through on the palate.
