With the second release in the Timely IPA series we’ve made a West Coast style IPA – essentially this style is code for ‘firm bitterness’ and that is exactly what we are celebrating here. Our version is all Australian, with outrageous tropical and stonefruit flavours that are grounded by the smooth, citrusy resin bitterness.
