The Timely IPA series continues with another heavy hitter! We have put three US heavy-hitting-hype-hops into our latest Juicy recipe (them being Strata, Talus and Zamba) and yes, it has worked out a treat (insert sigh of relief here).

A tropical storm of flavours. We’re getting all sorts here - melon, grapefruit, mango, strawberry and pine to name a few. This hazy IPA variant will suit us just fine for the next few months.
