This is a hybrid between an Australian Draught/Dry and a Golden Ale. We mashed at a low temperature, like a lager, so it has a dry, crisp finish. No dry-hop, just a little (and by this we mean teeny tiny amount) Galaxy hot-side. Malt: Pale, Munich and Carapils.

It’s a pretty basic, easy drinking beer – just yellow, wet goodness to keep everyone (else) happy.
