Sauvignon Blanc Sour
Fermented on fresh skins/juice and inoculated with souring yeast for lactic acid production. The Sauvignon Blanc, which came from the Cape Jaffa Wines ‘Dunnit Block’, is super green and fleshy - a fruit salad of flavours. Green pepper aromatics with kiwi fruit and passion fruit flavours. The use of pale and wheat malts really let the fruit shine.
