The Astral Project
Our fourth release in the Astral Project range, the ‘Riptide’ incorporates biodynamic Gewürztraminer from Wrattonbully and Shiraz from Cape Jaffa Wines.
This sour was 100% single SA malt and finishes dry with a pH at 3.6.
Aptly pouring a beautiful orange colour, this sour gives off aromas of apricot, Turkish Delight, and bubble gum. Whole bunch Shiraz was added for that crunchy character.
