Returns & Cancellations

Loophole Brewing Co. will replace or refund you for any orders that is damaged in transit, flawed or that the customer finds products unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the originally ordered Items for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed. We are also unable to accept return of beer that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or beer that is ordered in error. Please ring office 08 8768 5053 to arrange for the return of damaged or flawed product.

Once the beer is received back into our warehouse, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the beer less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 08 8768 5053 for return instructions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
