Keller Pils
The first release in a new series of beers that feature 100% barley grown in our back paddock. The 2020 crop was floor-malted in Ballarat by House of Malt. A combination of Pilsner and Munich style malt provide toasty bready flavour, medium body and dense fluffy foam. Noble German Halletauer hops and lager yeast add floral and herbaceous elements. Grass, cucumber. Unfiltered in the ‘Keller’ style this Pilsner tastes fresh with a unique sense of our place.
