Drink it in. Big, dark and malty throughout. Banana and dark chocolate tones that add texture and grip. An addition of salt water from Cape Jaffa in the kettle adds a moreish dimension to harmonise with the sweeter caramel malts. Our cult SWSP is a year-round offering but keep a look out for our yearly Bourbon Barrel Aged version each Winter.
